Bio:  This is Coach Baertsche’s third season as the Freshmen coach for the ‘Neers. Coach Baertsche worked as an assistant in the program for 1 season before taking over as lead man for the Freshmen team. Coach Baertsche has coached football at Orange and Olentangy for over 6 seasons.
